Web apps built around how your team works

Custom web applications for your business: dashboards, customer portals and internal tools built around how your team works.

When spreadsheets stop keeping up

A lot of businesses run on spreadsheets, email threads and a few tools that don't talk to each other. Off-the-shelf software gets you part of the way, but then you're bending your process to fit it.

A tool that fits your workflow

We build web applications around your process: who logs in, what they can see, and what happens next. Usually that's a React frontend, a solid backend API and a proper database, with user roles and live updates where they're needed.

What's included

Dashboards
See your numbers, orders or operations in one place instead of five spreadsheets.
Customer portals
Let customers log in to check orders, pay invoices or update their details themselves.
Databases and reporting
Structured data you can search, filter and export, with backups running automatically.
Team collaboration tools
Shared workspaces with notifications and messaging, so nothing gets lost in email.
  • User roles and permissions, with secure login
  • Live updates using WebSockets where it matters
  • Charts, CSV exports and reports
  • Works on desktop, tablet and phone

Usually built with: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis

How it runs

  1. 01

    Scope

We map out who uses the app, what they need to do and what data it holds.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Clickable screens so you can try the flow before we build it.

  3. 03

    Build

Frontend and backend, delivered in stages you can test along the way.

  4. 04

    Test and launch

End-to-end testing, then your team checks it before we go live.

Where this helps

Internal planning tools

Scheduling people, equipment or jobs without a shared spreadsheet everyone's scared to touch.

Partner and client portals

A secure place to share documents and updates with clients or partners.

Questions

How is a web application different from a website?

A website mostly shows information. A web application lets people log in and do things: manage orders, update records, run reports. It needs a database and business logic behind it.

How do you handle security?

Secure authentication (OAuth or JWT), HTTPS everywhere, encrypted data at rest, input validation, protection against common attacks like XSS and CSRF, and audit logs for important actions.

Will it cope as more people use it?

Yes, if it's built right from the start. We use caching, sensible database indexes and hosting that can add capacity when traffic grows.
